Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   • We will accept returns only in the following cases:
     • If the wrong product has been sent to you.
     • If the product you received is damaged.
2. Return Process:
   • To initiate a return, please contact us at dr.nhs.vaastu@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
3. Refunds:
   • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method. This may take up to 4-7 working days from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases on our website.
   • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial payment will be collected at the time of the order. If the order is rejected or not accepted at the time of delivery, this partial payment will not be refundable.
4. Non-Eligible Returns:
   • Any products that are opened without an intact seal or products that have been used will not be eligible for return.
5. Return Shipping:
   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for approved returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
